Every parcel is individually inspected, steamed, and sealed in breathable protective packaging before handoff to our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax, CallCourier).
Orders totaling Rs. 6,500 or higher qualify for zero delivery fees across all of Pakistan.
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 6,500.
Major Metros: 2–3 business days.
Other cities & rural hubs: 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection
Our Cash on Delivery service allows you to pay our courier rider in exact Pakistani Rupees at your doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready upon receiving SMS rider arrival notification.
Please inspect the exterior security flyer and barcode integrity prior to handing payment. If packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with, refuse acceptance and notify our WhatsApp helpline immediately.
14-Day Exchange Terms
We understand online sizing can occasionally require adjustment. We offer hassle-free size and article replacement within 14 calendar days of confirmed doorstep receipt.
- Unworn, unwashed garments with all original brand tags intact
- Original invoice and packaging intact
- Size exchange requests initiated within 14 days
- Manufacturing defect verified by studio concierge
- Unstitched fabric that has been cut, altered, or stitched
- Articles with perfume, makeup stains, or missing tags
- Final sale archive clearance items
- Requests received after the 14-day window
